Abstract
The position of structural realism is investigated and defended. A fitting metaphysics is found, notably in the work of Lyre. By using a bundle theory to create the objects in our metaphysics, the objects bundled depend on the structure applied. Since empirically equivalent theories should not differ on the objects bundled in the world, the structures of these theories should be equal. In quantum mechanics different interpretations leave us with different ontologies. To adjust this to our metaphysics, we set out to find the operative structure of quantum mechanics, the structure we are realists about. The operative structure of quantum mechanics is the overlapping structure of the orthodox interpretation and Bohm's interpretation.
