Abstract

In this research characterization of these SURMOFs is carried out using a new method utilizing surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy. A SURMOF substrate is covered with gold or silver nanoparticles and a Raman spectrum is recorded. This gives a huge increasement in the Raman signal obtained, which allowed us to measure the Raman spectra of very thin SURMOF layers.
